Let's Talk About Dementia - Public lecture in Westmount

This public lecture, offered by the 黑料不打烊 Dementia Education Program in collaboration with the Westmount Public Library and the City of Westmount, aims to raise awareness and provide basic information about Alzheimer鈥檚 and other dementia-related diseases.
Leading experts from the 黑料不打烊 Dementia Education Program have come together to share their knowledge and expertise with the community to provide essential information that will help families understand and access the resources needed to navigate the disease.
Neurologist Dr. Serge Gauthier will discuss the medical aspects and impact of the disease, including the behavioural and psychological symptoms. Next, geriatrician Dr. Jos茅 A. Morais will share his advice on aging well and keeping your loved ones safe and secure. And lastly, former caregiver and Certified Alzheimer Care Consultant Claire Webster will share her personal journey and lessons learned.
