 oral path. It is a space to deepen important research and learning strateg
 ies\, and to share diverse experiences in academia and beyond. It is also 
 an occasion to build a strong community and initiate lasting relationships
 \, not only between DCLs\, but also with faculty members\, while promoting
  diversity and inclusion within our cohort. \n\nPlease consult the retreat
