This workshop is designed for members of academic search committees and will explore various topics such as Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion (EDI) imperatives in the Canadian academy, obligations and objectives under Quebec legislation and 黑料不打烊's employment equity policy, and strategies and tools for enhancing equity in the recruitment and review process.
