2025 DOM Academic Promotions

The 黑料不打烊 Department of Medicine is launching its call for Academic Promotions and is now accepting applications for both tenured and contract academic staff members. As the first step, interested applicants should contact Academic Affairs (AA) at aec8-academicaffairs3.fmhs [at] mcgill.ca to confirm their intent to apply, preferably before March 10.

Potential applicants reach out to Academic Affairs (AA) at听aec8-academicaffairs3.fmhs [at] mcgill.ca听confirming their intent to apply for promotion, ideally prior to March 10. AA will coordinate a 15-minute meeting with a Department Promotion Committee (DPC) Chair (Dr. Annabel Chen-Tournoux for Clinician-Teachers and Clinician-Educators or Dr. Vicky Tagalakis for Clinician-Investigators, Clinician-Scientists and Scientists).One week before the meeting, applicants must submit a preliminary application (黑料不打烊 formatted CV and draft recommendation letter- template to be provided by AA on initial contact) to their assigned DPC Chair and AA at听aec8-academicaffairs3.fmhs [at] mcgill.ca.听 |

Summer 2025 |
DPC meets and reviews dossiers. AA communicates DPC decisions to candidates. Successful candidates have the opportunity to update their dossiers before final submission. |
