To increase transparency and accountability of our equity, diversity and inclusion (EDI) initiatives and聽EDI Action Plan, HBHL offered three climate surveys to assess the current state of EDI within the HBHL community. The primary objective was to foster transparency and inform HBHL's ongoing EDI strategy.
