Are you an Arts Undergraduate Student? A re you entrepreneurial and motivated to get your ideas out there? We’d lik e to help!\n\n The Digital Arts Engine\, sponsored by the Faculty of Arts\, is a program geared towards funding innovative projects that bring digita l technologies together with humanities scholarship and creativity – and a go-get ‘em attitude. We’re looking for individuals or groups who need mic ro-funding to get their projects up and running – think of it as kickstart er for your digital arts ideas. Projects receive up to $2\,000 to get thin gs off the ground.\n\n You can propose projects independent of your course work\, or use the Digital Arts Engine to fund course-based work with the g uidance and permission of the course instructors. Funding is limited and c ompetitive – those with an entrepreneurial spirit will stand out!\nProject s need to:\n • Have clear and well-defined development plans for completion within the academic year – i.e. by 1 May 2015.\n • Have a faculty mentor w illing to help advise your work.\nYour proposals should have:\n • A Project Summary (200 words – the snappier the better – pretend you’re describing it to your grandmother’s bridge buddy).\n • A Project Description (at least 500 words please\, but no more than 1000!
