With this session participants will improve their facilitation of groups discussions\, leadership\, presentations and commun ication skills along with considering the challenges of virtual environmen t and videoconferencing. Facilitation is an emerging skill set that allows everyone to express themselves\, keeps discussions moving and maintains a safe\, respectful group environment.
