 zen successful regulatory complaints with the Canadian Transportation Agen
 cy (CTA)\, challenging the terms\, conditions\, and practices of airlines\
 , resulting in orders directing them to amend their conditions of carriage
  and offer better protection to passengers.\n\nDr. Lukács has appeared bef
 ore courts across Canada\, including the Federal Court of Appeal and the S
 upreme Court of Canada\, in respect of air passenger rights. He successful
 ly challenged the CTA's lack of transparency and the reasonableness of the
  Agency's decisions\n
