 ty\, nutrition and health. Graduate programs are offered by all the academ
 ic units on the Macdonald Campus.\n\nEconomic systems touch our lives in m
 any ways every day and are central to society at home and around the world
 . The Master of Science in Agricultural Economics allows students to speci
 alize\, by way of their research program\, in the areas of agribusiness\, 
 resource economics\, development\, finance\, marketing\, trade\, policy\, 
 or environmental economics. Students will gain opportunities for internshi
 ps in international organizations such as the World Bank\, International M
 onetary Fund (IMF)\, the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Develo
 pment (OECD)\, and more.\n\nThe program provides students with a strong fo
 undation to pursue higher academic studies in the aforementioned research 
 areas. Graduates of this program have also found employment with environme
 ntal organizations within the government (e.g.\, Environment and Climate C
 hange Canada\, Natural Resources Canada\, Dairy Farmers of Canada\, Agricu
 lture and Agri-Food Canada)\, non-profit organizations\, and the private s
