Th e logic underpinning the economic valuation of ecosystem services in PES s chemes refers to the internalisation of social costs associated with the d egradation of ecological resources as new commodities for exchange within the market system\, as the best arbiter of efficient decision-making.\nThi s research provides a critical conceptual and empirical analysis of PES un der the logic of market-based principles for advancing integrated and adap tive water resource management.\n\nEveryone in the ºÚÁϲ»´òìÈ community is wel come to attend a PhD oral defense. Please join us in celebrating the accom plishments of our PhD candidates.
