 sessions are being offered as part of a pilot project that is a collaborat
 ion between the Faculty of Science and the Office of the Provost and Vice 
 Principal (Academic).\n\nThis ninety-minute session is intended for facult
 y members in Physics\, Math and Computer Science. The session will explore
  the place\, role and purpose of equity and anti-racism both within our ho
 me Departments and Faculties\, and across ºÚÁϲ»´òìÈ. Participants will examin
 e the differences between direct and systemic discrimination and how each 
 might impact education. They will identify what successful integration of 
 EDI practices could look like in their own academic contexts specifically 
 via case studies\, identifying and developing strategies for moving toward
 s these goals. The workshop will be led by Angela Campbell (Associate Prov
 ost\; Equity and Academic Policy) and Tynan Jarrett (Director\; EDI).\n\nT
 he session will be given on four different dates:\n\n\n	February 24th from
