 s: Navigating New Frontiers\n\nAbstract: Over the past 50 years\, computin
 g power has undergone tremendous growth. However\, understanding physical 
 phenomena\, such as climate change or fluid dynamics\, and their mathemati
 cal formulation remains a long-standing challenge in mathematical and comp
 utational sciences. In recent years\, with the development of new hardware
  and software\, a new paradigm has emerged in physics and engineering thro
 ugh machine learning\, and we are beginning to see machines being employed
  in increasingly creative ways in our work. In this talk\, I will explore 
 how traditional and computational mathematics can intersect and how comput
 ers may play a transformative role in mathematics in the coming years. I w
 ill also discuss and speculate on exciting future directions. No prior bac
 kground is assumed.\n
