 5 minutes prior to the departure time.\nEvent Description\nThe NSERC CREAT
 E Training Program in Integrated Sensor Systems prepares outstanding stude
 nts for a career in the field of integrated sensor systems. It is funded b
 y NSERC in collaboration with 黑料不打烊 University\, 脡cole Polytechnique de M
 ontr茅al\, Institut National de la Recherche Scientifique (INRS)\, and Univ
 ersit茅 de Sherbrooke.\n	This year\, the Sensors Summer School will bring to
 gether students and accomplished researchers from both academia and the in
 dustry to discuss the latest advancements in sensor technologies. There wi
 ll be poster presentations\, several lectures\, a networking reception\, a
 nd a visit to hospital center of the University of Sherbrooke.\nEvent Prog
 ram\nDuring the event\, there will be speakers from both industry and acad
 emia\, along with poster presentations\, a networking reception\, and a vi
 sit to hospital center of the University of Sherbrooke.\nClick here to vie
 w the complete schedule.\nRegistration\nThere are two fees associated with
  the event: registration fee and event fee. ISS students are exempt from t
 he event fee. The registration fee may be partially refundable depending o
 n when the cancellation request is sent. But the event fee will be fully r
 efundable in case of cancellation.\n1. Registration Rates\n\n	Early (before
  May 20\, 2015): $30 + taxes\n	Late (from May 20 to May 30\, 2015 ): $40 + 
 taxes\n	Onsite: $50 + taxes\n\nNote: The registration will be closed on May
  30. ISS students will get a $30 (+ taxes) refund\, ONLY if they attend to
  the event regardless of early or late registration. Also note that attend
 ance in Summer school is a requirement of the ISS program.\n2. Event Fee\n
 The event fee is $70 + taxes. ISS students are exempt from the event fee.
 \nCancellations\nA cancellation request could be sent by email for a refun
 d after registration (more details in confirmation email). The refund amou
 nt depends on when the request is made. All of the event fee will be fully
  refunded\, all the percentages below correspond to the registration fee o
 nly.\n\n	Before May 25\, 2015: 100% refund\n	Between May 25 and May 28\, 201
 5: 50% refund\n	Between May 28 and May 30\, 2015: 25% refund\n	24 hours befo
 re the event and later: no refund\n\nAll refunds will be credited back to

 erbrooke Student Residency (single beds with shared bathrooms and WIFI)\n
 \n	Free of charge for all ISS students who are not residents of Sherbrooke.
 \n	Others can request a bed with a rate of $34 ( + taxes) / night / person.
 \n	Regular bus transportation will be provided between 黑料不打烊 University an
 d University of Sherbrooke:\n	Free of charge for both ISS and non-ISS membe
 rs but the availability is only guaranteed for ISS students and the space 
 will be limited for non-ISS members.\n	Departure from 黑料不打烊 University\, R
 oddick Gates at 8:15 AM on Monday June 1st. Please ensure that you arrive 
 atleast 15 minutes prior to your departure time.\n	Departure from Universit
 y of Sherbrooke at 17:30 on June 2nd\n\nPoster Competition\nThere will be 
 a poster competition during the event:\n\n	3 prizes for the first 3 best po
 sters.\n	All the first year ISS students and the other ISS students who hav
 e not yet participated in the summer school poster competition\, are requi
 red to participate.\n	Other students are also encouraged to participate.\n	P
 lease also note that you are responsible to print the poster and bring it 
 to the event.\n	The poster has to be related to your research topic.\n	The p
 oster size should be 36'(W) x 40'(H).\n\nVisit to Hospital Center of the U
 niversity of Sherbrooke\nAn optional visit to the Hospital Center of the U
 niversity of Sherbrooke has been organized.\n\n	On June 1st from 15:00 to 1
 7:00.\n	Bus transportation will be provided.\n\n聽\n
