All their meetings are beginner friendly and can be attended on a drop-in basis. Seating is limited and spots are first-come, first served.听
Contemplative Circle
Join student facilitators Kook and Josh for a 90-minute session grounded in Tibetan Buddhist practices. Each session blends a contemplative practice with discussion. Open to all students鈥攚hether or not you follow a spiritual path. No prior experience needed.
