  level of interactivity.\n\nThe workshop is designed to provide participan
 ts with:\n\n\n	A generic “5-step” framework for managing projects that is c
 onsistent with the worldwide “Project Management Institute Book of Knowled
 ge”\, and can be applied on any project\;\n	The ability to “read” project e
 nvironments\, detect and diagnose barriers and roadblocks\, and prepare st
 rategies for moving their projects forward\;\n	The skills and methods to ap
 ply at their workplaces immediately.\n	A broad context of the subject and p
 otential avenues for continued learning.\n\n\nBy the end of this course\, 
 participants will be able to:\n\n\n	Position projects and deadlines within 
 a common “5-step” framework\;\n	Quickly map out an action plan for moving a
  project forward\, or getting a project back on track\;\n	Use and adapt key
  templates and processes supporting the 5-step framework\;\n	Understand the
  role and challenges of the “project manager” function\; and\n	Understand h
 ow a project management tool (ex: Microsoft Project) may help him/her fulf
