DESCRIPTION:The EDI Pilot Program will be an intensive series of workshops 
 that focuses on anti-racism and anti-oppression with a committed cohort of
  learners. Each cohort will need to commit to 6 sessions of two hours with
  breaks every Tuesday morning starting April 12th. The goal of this progra
 m is to build capacity and confidence in embodying anti-racism practices a
 nd strengthen participants relationship to EDI with the benefit of more ti
 me and a smaller group of committed learners. This facilitates the learnin
 g environment necessary to go beyond the surface of EDI education. The pil
 ot and its learning outcomes will be based on each cohort’s learning needs
  and current understandings of EDI measured through a pre-evaluation asses
 sment. The pilot program uses methodologies touching on experiential and p
 articipatory learning and emergent design.\n\n \n\nRegistration :\n\nThere
  is limited space in this pilot program. Because of the experimental natur
 e of this pilot\, each participant will be selected by the facilitator to 
 best form a cohort suited for the levels of engagement and dynamics this p
 rogram requires. We will also work to ensure a cohort that is balanced acr
 oss different units and faculties. Therefore\, registering does not guaran
 tee a place in the cohort. All registrants will be invited to attend an in
 formation session and will be notified of their participation before progr
 am start. It is recommended for you to block off these times in your calen
