Course of Study
This concentration is offered to students to develop their capacity to assess the factors that affect and determine the nursing workforce. This will enable them to make strategic and effective decisions, and influence policy with regard to the planning and management of the nursing workforce.
Important: This is the pattern in which nurses are recommended to complete the M.Sc.(A) program on a Full-Time basis. Any deviation to this schedule must be discussed and approved by the Academic Advisor, Susan Drouin. Students must be careful to register for sections which may be reserved for the Advance Nursing streams. This information is indicated in the 鈥�NOTES鈥� section of the MINERVA Class Schedule. In this section, we also post any other important information pertaining to the course.
