Kirsten Crandall, is a doctoral researcher (Millien Lab, 黑料不打烊 University and Kerr Lab, University of Ottawa) in the field of disease ecology. Her聽research focuses on the connections between the environment, ticks, mammals and infectious diseases found in Canada. Find out where ticks are found in the wild, learn how researchers use equipment to find and how to protect yourself from ticks.

As part of wider efforts to activate the standards presented in the Canadian Museums Association Report Moved to Action: Activating UNDRIP in Canadian Museums (2022), the Redpath is working towards pro-active restitution practices. As per our Collections Management Policy (2024), repatriation requests will be received by the Redpath Museum Director and will be treated on a case-by-case basis.
