CBT for Anxiety & Depression

This听90 minute workshop consisting of two sessions will introduce students to a variety of cognitive-behavioral therapy techniques to help manage anxiety and mood, including strategies for relaxation, managing stress, and achieving more balanced thinking.听Please plan on attending both dates.
Session 1: Thursday, June 19 from 10:30 to Noon
Session 2: Thursday, June 26 from 10:30 to Noon
