This workshop is intended for students who have difficulty falling or staying asleep at night and who face difficulty during the day due to poor sleep. Topics covered will include: 1) Discussion on the structure and function of sleep; 2) Sleep regulation; and 3) Strategies to improve sleep.聽聽
