The D2R Training Awards funding program is designed to cultivate the next generation of researchers. This program supports the multi-disciplinary, multi-sectoral, and multi-national development of graduate students (M. Sc., Ph. D., PDF) by supporting training, opportunities for internships with industry partners and facilitating rotations or travel between various research labs. Competitions for training awards are implemented as needed.
Training awards are also linked to the following funding programs: Foundational Projects, Research in Motion, and Translational Impact Research.听
