The Fiscal Year is represented by the last two digits of the calendar year in which the 'fiscal' year ends. The table below lists the calendar months with their equivalent fiscal periods as well as the current (or upcoming) fiscal year.

Fiscal Periods
- Once a fiscal period is opened, documents with a transaction date within that period may be submitted.
- Once a fiscal period is closed, incomplete documents with a transaction date within that closed period may no longer be submitted.
- Once a fiscal period closes and the data warehouse is updated, financial statements are available for pick up.
